禁止随意拆装电池,以免危险,如不慎电池壳破裂,接触到硫酸,请用大量清水冲洗,必要时请就医。
Do not disassemble or reassemble the battery.ln case sukfuric acid from the battery happens tocome in contact with your skin or syes, wash them with water and immediately consult a doctor for medical care.
使用多个电池时,请注意电池间的连接正确无误,注意不要短路。
Pay attention to the connection of batteries,do not short-circuit the battery.
电池若需并联使用,一般不要超过三组(只)并联,若要超过请和我公司联系。
The batteries need to be used in parallel connection should not more than 3 groups; if it is unavoidable,please consult with us before using.
使用过程中应避免强烈震动或机械损伤。
Avoid the mechanical damage and vibration during use.
电池的充放电请参照本书介绍或者产品使用说明书。
Flow the specification for charging current,voltage and charging time.
电池不可在密闭或者高温的环境下使用(建议循环使用温度为5-}-350C)。
Do not use the battery in enclosed or high temperature environment,5一35 C for cyclic use is recommended.
请勿使用化学清洗剂清洗电池,电池的清扫请尽量用拧干的湿抹布进行,请不要使用干布或掸子等。
Do not use organic solvent to clean the battery surface,and should use the wet washcloth instead of dry washcloth or duster.
请不要让雨水淋到电池,或者将电池浸入水中。
Please do not let rain poured into the battery,or battery immersed in water.
使用上、下带有通气孔的电池容器以便散热。
Use upper and olwer battery container with vent holes for heat dissipation.
请勿在同箱中混用容量不同,新旧不同,厂家不同的电池
Do not mix with the tank capacity of different,new and different,different battery manufacturers
请勿将电池放在靠近火源的地方或者放入火中焚烧。
Do not place the phone near the fire place or into the fire burning.
废旧电池应集中放在指定点或者由蓄电池厂家回收,不要乱弃。
Waste batteries should be focused on the designated collection points or by a battery manufacturer and not indiscriminate disposal.
电池的蓄存 Storage
.蓄电池应贮存在低温、干燥、通风、清洁的环境中,避免热源、火源、阳光直射。电池须充足电存放,
并且常温下每3}6个月进行一次补充电。
The battery should be stored in the low temperature,dry,ventilated and clean environment,Keep it with full charge,
and recharge it per 3一6 months. Keep away fire and heat source and avoid direct sunlight.
.电池放电后应立即充电,不可将电池在放电后长期搁置。
Do not leave the battery in a discharged condition,please recharge it immediately after discharge.
.不需要用的电池搁置一段时间后应进行重复补充电,直至容量恢复到储存前的水平。
Sometimes,supplementary recharge shall be repeated until capacity has recover to pre-storage capacity.
.当容量仅为或低于额定容量的40%时(开路电压25℃时低于6.3V/12.63V),应用均衡充电以使容量恢复。
Equalizing charge the battery to recover the capacity when the open circuit voltage is beolw 6.3V/12.63V(25℃)
.低温下电池可储存更长的时间,例如电池储存于150C,无潮湿,干净及无日光照射的地方,在进行必须的补
充电前,可保持12个月以上。

To summarize the above reaction,oxygen produce in the positive pole can revert to waterin cathode with counter reaction. Sealed structure of series battery can ensure the above reaction and avoid loss of water in the storage bakery.
安装使用: Operation
.使用前请检查蓄电池的外观(有无漏酸、破裂)。
Examine the appearance before use(checked to see if have leakage of electrolysis, or damage).
.蓄电池的安装必须由专业人士来进行。
The battery should be operated by professional person
.在电池连接过程中,请戴好防护手套,使用扭矩板手等金属工具时,请将金属工具进行绝缘包装,以
防触电;绝对避免将金属工具同时接触到电池正、负端子,造成电池短路。
Ware rubber gloves during any battery servicing activities ti prevent from getting an electrical shock,and pack the metal tools with insulating package,avoid the metal tools contact with the positive and negative terminals at the same time
.安装搬运电池时应均匀受力,受力处应为蓄电池的壳部分,避免损伤极柱。
Pay attention to the stress of the battery in the transportation,and do not damage the poles.
.电池在多只并联使用时,请按电池标识“+”、“一”极性依次排列。电池之间的距离不能小于15mm
且连接部位要紧,防止产生火花和接触不良。
When to batteries are used in parallel,Please connect the batteries correctly as shown
“+”、“一”poles. The
recommended minimum space should not less than 15mm,and the battery should be tight to pertect against
sparks and poor contact.
.安装插式端子的蓄电池时,请不要改变端子的形状和位置,如有特殊情况需要,请先与我公司联系。
Do not distort the shape of the terminal,if necessary, please consult with us before.
.和外接设备连接之前,使设备处于断开状态,并再次检查蓄电池的连接极性是否正确,然后再将蓄电
池(组)的正极连接设备的正极,蓄电池(组)的负极连接设备的负极端,并紧固好连接线。
Keep the circuit switch OFF befors connecting the battery to a charger or a load,then connect the battery's positive(+)
terminal tothe positive(+)pole of the charger or the load and the battery's negative(一)terminal to the negative(一)pole of the charger of the load.and fasten the connectors tightly.
日常检查和使用 Dailyinspection and Servicing
1、定期(至少每三个月一次)检查,下列异常的发生将导致电池损坏而需更换。
Make regular checks(at least three months one time),when the following abnormalities are observed,discocer the
cause and replace any defective batterise;
A.任何电压异常C.任何电解液漏出
Ant boltage abnormalities Electrolyte leakage
B.任何物理影响(如撞击或壳体变形)D.任何异常发热

2、当蓄电池用于紧急容量供给火警装置时,应依照火警紧急能源供给标准检查。
When installing the battsery as an emergency power supply for fire-fighting equipment,inspect it according to the Fire-fighting Epuipment Poser Supply Inspection Standard or inspection procedire.
